INVITATION

Dear Sir/Madam

You are cordially invited in Chandigarh Anna Team meeting with Dr. Kiran Bedi. The event has been organized for face to face interaction with Dr. Kiran Bedi (Core committee member) & Chandigarh Team Anna of the people, who have been a big support and backbone of India Against Corruption Movement (Anna Movement). Please find below the event details:

Event               :           Chandigarh Anna Team Volunteers meet with Dr. Kiran Bedi

Date                 :           22nd March 2012

Venue              :           PHD Chamber of Commerce, Sector-31, Chandigarh

Timing             :           11:00 am to 1:00 pm

Following topics will be majorly discussed:

·         Details of Janlokpal Bill and clarifications/explanations.

·         IAC Anna movement status & update.

·         Future plans/ strategies of Anna Team

·         What actions/ programs should be done at city level by volunteers?

·         Activities/programs by Chandigarh Anna Team till date and further plans.

Your kind presence is important for us. We will try to make ensure that your all queries are being answered to satisfactory level for better understanding about movement and the cause we all are fighting for.

If you have not registered your name for the event yet, then please register your name at http://iacchandigarhtricity.blogspot.in/p/meet-dr-kiran-bedi.html because no entry is allowed without registration.

Request you to kindly adhere to following:

·         Please don’t forget to bring your ID Proof while coming for the event.

·         Please take your seats before 11am because no entries will be allowed after it.

·         Lease maintain silence during the meeting

·         If you have any query/question, then please write down the question on a paper and give it to the IAC Volunteer.

·         Please don’t bring any person alongwith you who don’t agree with Anna Team ideologies or working because the event has been organized to discuss/understand things, not to criticize/fight.

·         Dr. Kiran Bedi will do an exclusive group photograph at the end of the movement with all the participants, so please do not disturb the event for personal photograph.

·         Police Security arrangement has been done for peaceful event.

Note: Chandigarh Anna Team holds the right to not to allow any person to attend the meeting, if found suspicious or inappropriate for the event. No explanation will be entertained on the decision.
