Excellent Draft Being in service, I struggled hard for 4 years from 2006 - 2011 to bring development in Sector 31, 47 at par with other sectors of Chandigarh SINCE, IT WAS REVEALED THAT THESE SEC ARE THE MOST NEGLECTING SEC OF CHD. The reason is also very simple, Major Strength in these sec are Air Force Personnel, they come for a short time and generally not interested in corrupt politicians and voting etc. Coming back on point, I had to make report and convince our Civil Military Liaison Cell and put across my point to Governor Shri Shivraj V. Patil through Army, Chandi Mandir -- yes, little progress seen, but HARDLY ANYTHING -- I DO SEVER ON THE NAME OF GOD -- that i had a brilliant service of Indian Air Force for 24 years as an Admin Officer, caught many corruption related issues in IAF itself wherein, i even had got the threat to my life - but finally I GOT SUCCESS AMONG ALL ODDS - so, my friends - PLEASE GIVE A CHANCE TO SERVE YOU DIRECTLY - I WILL GIVE YOU RESULTS -- MY DECISION TO STAND FOR THIS MC ELECTIONS was too late, i mean, the fresh voting cards were stopped by that time -- but I AM STILL GOING AHEAD FOR THE BASIS CAUSE - INDIA AGAINST CORRUPTION - ANNA HAZARE'S FAN AND TRUE MAN - GIVE ME A CHANCE TO WORK, AND SEE THE DIFFERENCE YOURSELF -- Wg Cdr SK Dhaawan, Ex - IAF
Either, Indian Govt should make arrangement for 100% VOTING CARDS like Ration Cards or janam and mrityu date or Provision for everyone to make a voting card and vote FOR A PERSON esp after campaign period time -- A MAJOR THOUGHT

BUT GOVT NEVER ENSURE 100% VOTING CARDS AND NEVER GIVE A CHANCE TO PUBLIC TO MAKE THEIR VOTE AT ANY TIME AND GIVE A VOTE TO THE RIGHT PERSON
MY GENUINE THOUGHT WHY COMMON PPL SHOULD NOT MAKE VOTER CARD AND GIVE VOTE ON THE DAY OF VOTING ????????????????????????????
